The AP Roadmap was developed during the OSD “DMS&T Producibility Modeling” program to promote knowledge, use, and application of Producibility Modeling throughout the defense industrial community. It is an educational guide for the application of producibility modeling and includes the following elements:

• An overview on the definition of producibility modeling
• Information on how to apply and use producibility modeling at various points throughout an acquisition program
• Guidance on what data is needed at various decision points throughout the 5000.02 acquisition process
• Project tracking to measure your team’s progress relative to the 5000.02 process
